WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We try to get all orders out as fast as we possibly can, usually within 72 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for tracking information to show up.

ORDER ISSUES
If you receive any damaged items, please reach out to us at info@atlmade.com and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right. 

CAN I BUY SEVERAL DIFFERENT BOXES IN ONE ORDER WITH DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESSES?
Yes, but you need to add a note in the notes section at checkout. After checking out and receiving your order confirmation email, send an email to info@atlmade.com with your order number and the addresses and notes. 

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP?
Right now, we only ship in the United States.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?
If you are in the metro Atlanta area, we may be able to offer local delivery. Please email us at info@atlmade.com for more information.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM BOXES?
We're working on getting it easy to order custom boxes directly from our website. For now, just email us at info@atlmade.com and we'd be happy to discuss options with you! We also do large custom orders for corporate gifts, client gifts, weddings, whatever you can think of! We are also happy to include your own branded items.
